Frances Hollander is an experienced employment law attorney with strong communication, case management, and litigation skills. She has focused her career on collective and class action wage and hour matters, and federal and state discrimination matters.
She is well-versed in practicing in state and federal court and agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Unemployment Insurance Agency, Michigan Department of Civil Rights, and the Wage and Hour Division of the Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity.
