Frances Hollander Joins Miller Canfield

Miller Canfield has announced that Frances Hollander has joined the firm as an associate in the Employment and Labor Group.

Hollander is an experienced employment law attorney with strong communication, case management and litigation skills. She has focused her career on collective and class action wage and hour matters, and federal and state discrimination cases.

Hollander practices in federal and state courts and agencies, including the Equal Opportunity Commission, Unemployment Insurance Agency, Michigan Department of Civil Rights and the Wage and Hour Division of the Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity.

Hollander is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School. She is the co-chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Washtenaw County Bar Association and an active member of the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan, where she serves as the Washtenaw chapter vice president.
