Miller Canfield Names Three New Principals
Miller Canfield is pleased to announce that three attorneys—Conor Fitzpatrick, Christie Galinski and Eric Stein—have been elevated to the position of Principal. The announcement was made by Miller Canfield CEO Megan Norris.
"We are fortunate to have these exceptionally skilled attorneys as part of our team. They are not only assets to their clients, but also to the firm," Norris said.
Fitzpatrick is a member of Miller Canfield's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group in the firm's Detroit office. He focuses his practice on complex litigation, counseling clients on trial and appellate strategy in state and federal courts. He is named on the Best Lawyers in America list of "Ones to Watch" and in Michigan Super Lawyers Rising Stars.
Galinski is a member of the Corporate and Transactions Group in Miller Canfield's office in Chicago. With more than 12 years of experience providing sophisticated transactional services, her practice focuses on tax issues, international tax issues formation of entities, and mergers and acquisitions. She serves as the Publications Chair for the ABA International Tax Committee, International Law Section.
Stein is part of Miller Canfield's Real Estate Group and works in the office in Troy, Michigan. He represents a broad range of clients in a variety of commercial real estate transactions, with a focus on commercial leasing, real estate financing, acquisitions and dispositions. He has been named among Best Lawyers in America "Ones to Watch."
