Eric Stein counsels a broad range of clients in a variety of commercial real estate transactions, with a focus on real estate financings, leasing, development, acquisitions and dispositions.

Eric represents financial institutions in complex acquisition, construction, ground lease and other real estate lending matters involving office buildings, retail, multifamily and mixed use developments, student housing projects, industrial, warehouse and self-storage facilities, hotels and other real estate assets. In addition to single-lender financings, Eric counsels administrative agents and co-lenders in syndicated loan facilities. He has considerable experience negotiating and documenting loan transactions, reviewing title, survey and other aspects of due diligence, and securing critical third-party consent, subordination and estoppel agreements.

Eric also has extensive experience representing clients seeking to buy, sell, lease or develop real estate, including complex sale-leaseback and build-to-suit transactions.
