Elisa Angeli Palizzi is a commercial and intellectual property litigator who has developed a specialty practice in trademark litigation and prosecution. She manages large portfolios of trademarks as well as single marks in the U.S. and throughout the world. Angeli assists clients in trademark selection, clearance and prosecution, as well as negotiation and litigation. Her litigation practice includes trademark and other intellectual property matters, including opposition, cancellation and infringement actions, as well as complex commercial matters in the United States District Courts and Courts of Appeal, the Michigan Circuit Courts and Michigan Courts of Appeal, the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and the International Chamber of Commerce.

Prior to joining Miller Canfield, Angeli served as a judicial law clerk for The Honorable Avern Cohn in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
