Eduardo brings to the firm extensive experience in Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Domestic and International Transactions and Agreements, Real Estate Developments, Trusts, Tax and Estate Planning, and Financial Transactions and Securities.

He worked for the Civil State Court of Nuevo Leon, practice as litigator at Quintero & Quintero Law Firm, worked for Grupo Protexa where he served as legal manager for the real estate and tourism division, worked for Grupo Proeza serving as legal manager for the food division, worked for Grupo Financiero Margen acting as General Counsel, Secretary of the Board and Fiduciary Director of the Bank and other financial institutions of such group, and for Gruma acting as International and Financial Legal Vice President. 

Eduardo has also taught Tax law, Tax Procedure and Civil Law in various Universities of Monterrey, Nuevo León.
