National Bank Labor and Employment Litigation

Obtained summary judgment in a race discrimination and retaliation claim on behalf of one of the largest banks in the Midwest.  Plaintiff alleged that she had been discriminated against in raises and promotions on account of race. While still working at the bank, she filed charges with the EEOC and when she later resigned from employment added claims of constructive discharge. We assisted the client not only with the successful litigation, but also with the challenges in managing the employee while her claims were pending.
