Negotiations with Health Insurance Company
We represented a high-volume surgery center in negotiations with a leading health insurance company as to coding procedures for diagnosing patients, obtaining approvals and submitting claims for payment under its plan. We engaged expert consultants to analyze past services and propose a "best practices" protocol for future matters. After extensive, high-level discussions, we secured the agreement of the health insurance company to the procedures and protocol proposed.
