Joint Venture Among Several Hospitals
We established a joint venture among several hospitals located in geographically adjoining rural markets. The joint venture then acquired a multi-location specialty practice, and we prepared various agreements to integrate the newly acquired practice with each of the hospitals. We handled all aspects of these transactions and coordinated the work of ancillary service providers, including accounting and valuation experts. We continue to prepare the annual tax returns for the joint venture and to advise it generally.
