Department of Human Services Class Action Electronic Discovery
Served as discovery team member for Department of Human Services in class action litigation involving over 19,000 children in the foster care system. Worked with the client to identify, collect and produce over 1 million pages of electronic and hard copy documents located in various offices throughout Michigan. Interviewed and prepared over 30 witnesses in preparation for their deposition and/or trial testimony.
