Amnesty Reminder
June 30, 2011
Today is the last day to take advantage of the Michigan Tax Amnesty Program which offers penalty waivers for qualified taxpayers. A complete amnesty application, tax returns, and full payment of the delinquent tax and interest must be postmarked by June 30, 2011, in order to qualify. All state taxes administered under the Revenue Act (PA 122 of 1941) for periods ending on or before December 31, 2009, are eligible for amnesty
