United Kingdom High Court Rules That Patent Infringement Is Not Dependent On Server Location: The defendants in a patent infringement case brought in the United Kingdom raised as their defense the fact that the alleged infringement was taking place on a host server located outside of the U.K., in Curacao in the Netherlands Antilles.
