Labor & Employment Law Update Series

September 26, 2003

Miller Canfield is pleased to offer timely labor and employment Morning Update meetings at the Radisson Hotel, 111 N. Grand Avenue, Lansing, (517) 482-0188. Join Lansing labor and employment law attorney Jim Thelen for informal, informative and interactive discussions.

The focus of the first update will be the hotly-debated FLSA overtime regulations proposed by the Department of Labor, as well as the current law. The second update will cover managing employee attendance and your overlapping obligations under the FMLA, ADA, and workers compensation laws.

A healthy, continental breakfast will be available starting at 7:45 a.m.; the meeting following at 8:15 to 9:15 a.m. Handy reference materials will be provided.

The cost is only $25.00 per person, per meeting, or $40.00 for both updates (including valet parking). Space is limited! Register today.
