Wendi Lynn

Wendi Lynn has more than 15 years of experience in automotive warranty, warranty litigation, automotive class actions, and NHTSA investigations. Wendi works with Miller Canfield's Product Liability practice group, where she assists with the defense of product-related litigation, including product liability, product warranty, lemon law and product-related class action cases. She specializes in ESI collections and review.

Prior to joining Miller Canfield, Wendi worked with in-house counsel for Volkswagen Group of America, managing and tracking all class action lawsuits, responding to NHTSA Office of Defects Investigation (ODI) inquiries, and overseeing the compliance label program.
