Stephen Rohr focuses his practice on estate planning, business planning, and trust and estate administration. He has extensive experience preparing estate plans, including drafting wills, revocable living trusts, credit shelter trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts ("GRATs"), durable powers of attorney for finances, and durable powers of attorney for health care. Stephen frequently assists family members of decedents through the probate and trust administration process. Stephen also establishes entity formation documents and buy-sell agreements for entrepreneurs and prepares nonprofit corporations and private foundations for high net worth individuals.
