Nicholas Flores is a staff attorney in Miller Canfield's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group.
Prior to joining Miller Canfield, Nicholas was an associate at a Missouri-based law firm dedicated to helping individuals harmed by asbestos, herbicides, and other dangerous products. In this role, he helped clients navigate the complexities of resolving and negotiating third-party liens that were assessed against their financial settlements. He was also in-house counsel for a health data technology company before transitioning into a government position with the Transportation Section of the Missouri Department of Revenue. As an Administrative Hearing Officer, he was assigned 14 counties across Missouri, represented the Department in circuit court bench trials, provided legal advice to Department personnel, conducted legal research and writing, and mentored junior attorneys.
Throughout his legal career, Nicholas has acquired a deep understanding of the law and developed a strong commitment to providing exceptional representation. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and genuine passion for assisting others, he thrives in trial work and prioritizes crafting tailored strategies that reflect the unique circumstances of each client.
