Michelle L. Traige

Michelle works with Miller Canfield's Product Liability practice group, where she has been coordinating the process flow for local counsels participating in nationwide lawsuits involving FCA US LLC (formerly Chrysler Group) for the last 10 years. Her work centers on service of process for FCA's early resolution program, with an emphasis on breach of warranty and lemon law. 

Prior to joining Miller Canfield, she worked with in-house counsel for General Motors, managing and tracking vehicle buyback inventory and dealer indemnifications. Michelle has written an arbitration process manual for corporate automotive arbitrations.
