Matt Warmbir is a senior attorney in Miller Canfield's Litigation and Dispute Resolution group. In addition to his work on general litigation matters, Matt has nearly a decade of experience as national discovery counsel for OEM automotive manufacturers in the area of warranty and product liability litigation. His experience includes all aspects of written discovery and motion practice in state and federal courts across the nation, including e-discovery.

Matt has also served as national litigation case manager for warranty litigation. His roles included managing and directing the efforts of local counsel in assessing settlement values, guiding cases through verdict, and identifying and preparing witnesses for testimony. Additionally, Matt has several years of experience in fiduciary risk matters including analyzing and conducting forensic reviews of complex financial documents and supporting corporate fiduciaries in developing processes and procedures to comply with federal and state regulatory requirements.
