Marco Dolfi's practice focuses on business law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and inbound investment into Canada.   

He provides specialized services to health care professionals, including establishing business structures, practice sales and acquisitions, regulatory compliance issues, and sophisticated estate planning. Marco is a frequent speaker, addressing health care audiences on a variety of topics, including professional incorporations, issues relating to the purchase and sale of professional practices, and transition planning.

Marco represents a wide variety of clients, including financial institutions, equipment financiers, health care professionals, and entrepreneurs in various business enterprises. He has assisted clients in planning and implementing complex business acquisitions, including multi-jurisdictional transactions. Marco routinely works with his clients and their advisors outside Canada to develop tax-efficient business structures to accomplish their cross-border business objectives.
