Grzegorz Żebrowski is an attorney at law at the Miller Canfield office in Gdynia. He is a member of the Pomeranian Bar Association and completed his legal studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk. Grzegorz has extensive experience in matters related to corporate law, commercial law and business transactions.

As part of his ongoing support for business entities, he provides legal assistance to management boards and shareholders of companies, in particular drafting corporate documents, representing clients in registration proceedings, conducting legal audits (due diligence) and drafting and reviewing contracts as well as representing clients in negotiation processes.

His practice also involves structuring, creating, transforming and liquidating legal entities. Grzegorz has advised clients in numerous domestic and international mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring processes.

In addition to corporate matters, Grzegorz represents clients in disputes, both in pre-litigation stages and during court proceedings related to civil and commercial cases.

Furthermore, Grzegorz Żebrowski provides advice in the field of trading goods of strategic importance for national security (dual-use goods and armaments). His responsibilities include overseeing and coordinating actions to compile documentation as well as representing clients in proceedings aimed at obtaining relevant licenses and permits.

He is fluent in English and has been associated with the Miller Canfield law firm since 2014.
