Emily Barr is an associate in Miller Canfield's Public Finance Group. Her practice covers a wide variety of public law matters ranging from traditional bond financings to economic development projects and various tax increment finance matters.
Emily earned her J.D. from Wayne State University Law School and her bachelor's and master's degrees from Central Michigan University.
