Anna Vannelli specializes in labour and employment law and has more than three decades serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for her clients in complex legal matters.

Anna has represented employers in challenging legal contexts including labour arbitrations, collective bargaining, pay equity matters, and health and safety issues. Anna routinely provides comprehensive training and advice on employers' obligations under the Employment Standards Act, 2000; navigating the Human Rights Code; compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act; and strategies for resolving complex interpersonal issues in the workplace.

Anna's experience includes handling matters before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario (HRT), the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal (WSIAT), and the Ontario Labour Relations Board (OLRB). She has also appeared before the Ontario Divisional Court on judicial review applications and before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on a range of employment law matters.
