Allison Woodmansee Foster provides support in matters focusing on complex litigation, including construction litigation, breach of contract, unfair competition, tortuous interference with contractual and business relations, fraud, negligence, products liability, trusts and estate, real estate and labor litigation.

She assists with a wide variety of tasks including maintaining client communications, preparing motions and other pleadings, preparing and responding to discovery requests, conducting investigations and witness interviews and as well as attending site visits on many cases.

As part of preparations for depositions, arbitrations and trials, Allison assists in identifying and organizing exhibits, preparing bench books, preparing subpoenas for witnesses and documents as well as attending and assisting at all.

She also conducts legal research and writing and document analysis and management of computerized support systems including Relativity and creates Powerpoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets for use at arbitrations, trials and other presentations.
