December 10, 2018

Miller Canfield is pleased to announce that litigation attorney Stacy R. Wallace has joined the firm in its Lansing, Michigan, office.

Prior to joining Miller Canfield, Wallace served as General Counsel for international franchisor Two Men and a Truck International, Inc., where she provided counsel on franchise, labor, contract, trademark, and corporate issues. She has also served as an Assistant Attorney General for the Michigan Department of Attorney General, where she provided solutions for complex legal issues and was the primary attorney for construction contracts and litigation for the Department of Technology, Management and Budget.

"Stacy is a great addition to our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. In addition to her experience in private law firms, she has a wealth of experience working inside organizations, giving her unique firsthand knowledge of the issues our clients regularly face," said Miller Canfield CEO Michael McGee.

Wallace is a graduate of Thomas M. Cooley Law School and earned her M.B.A. from Union University in Jackson, Tennessee.
