Q. Scott Kaye Joins Miller Canfield Financial Services Group

Miller Canfield has announced that Q. Scott Kaye has joined the global law firm’s Financial Services Group.

Kaye’s practice focuses on advising companies, lenders, sponsors and private equity funds and their portfolio companies on general corporate matters, contracting, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and finance matters.

Kaye has advised clients on more than $65 billion in financing and debt restructuring in hundreds of transactions. In the FinTech area, he has advised clients on tokenization of services, structuring peer-to-peer cryptocurrency and cryptocurrency asset-backed lending platforms.

Licensed in California and Florida, Kaye is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Law. He comes to Miller Canfield from Rimon Law PC and is a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, where he served as a sonar technician.
