Jennifer Sabourin to Serve as AELC Vice-Chair

November 11, 2019

Miller Canfield Principal Jennifer Sabourin has been selected to serve a two-year term as the Program Vice-Chair for the American Employment Law Council (AELC), a selective member-by-nomination group of high-level employer-side attorneys.

At the end of her term, she will become the Program Chair.

“We are tremendously proud of Jennifer, who is rightfully recognized among the very best employment lawyers in the country,” said Miller Canfield CEO Michael McGee.

Sabourin is a deputy leader of Miller Canfield’s Employment and Labor Group. She is known for successfully representing employers in high-stakes, complex discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and violations of wage and hour matters pending in state and federal courts, as well as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and various state employment agencies.

She is recognized by Best Lawyers in America for labor and employment litigation, Super Lawyers for employment litigation defense, and was named by law firm and lawyer research and ranking firm BTI Consulting as a Client Service All-Star. Sabourin was inducted as a Fellow in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers in November 2019.
