Miller Canfield Congratulates Client MSU on Attracting Perrigo HQ at Grand Rapids Innovation Park

Miller Canfield is pleased to congratulate client Michigan State University following the announcement that Perrigo Company will establish its new North American headquarters in the university’s Grand Rapids Innovation Park.

The Innovation Park, in the heart of Grand Rapids’ Medical Mile, was developed under a public-private partnership (P3), and is expected to catalyze innovation through research, education, clinical health care and private companies.

Perrigo, a global provider of self-care products, will invest nearly $45 million in the new headquarters location, creating more than 170 new jobs.

“This P3 project is an example of how public and private entities can come together to positively impact communities. We are proud of our team, which has developed true expertise in these types of ventures, and of our client for its vision of what could be in this prime Grand Rapids location,” said Miller Canfield CEO Michael McGee. “It is truly a win-win for the community and everyone involved.”
