In her new role, Stetson will be responsible for leading all aspects of on-campus recruiting, managing the firm’s summer associate program, and overseeing lateral attorney recruitment. She will work closely with the firm’s practice group leaders, diversity director, and hiring committees to ensure that Miller Canfield continues to attract and retain top legal talent that aligns with the firm’s strategic goals and commitment to diversity.
