Miller Canfield Elects Marc Swanson to Serve on Board of Managing Directors
Miller Canfield, an international law firm headquartered in Detroit, proudly announces that Marc Swanson has been elected by the firm’s principals to join its five-member Board of Managing Directors.
Marc Swanson joined Miller Canfield in 2007 and has cultivated a distinguished bankruptcy practice with a national reputation. He currently leads Miller Canfield’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Insolvency Group.

Notably, Swanson is currently the co-chair of the Debtor/Creditor Rights section of the Michigan Bar Association, the president of Cass Community Social Services, a non-profit organization based in Detroit and previously served as president of the Detroit Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association
