Miller Canfield Names New Managing Director, New Principals
Miller Canfield, a global law firm headquartered in Detroit, is pleased to announce that Danielle Mason Anderson was elected by principals of the firm to serve as one Miller Canfield's five Managing Directors.
Anderson, an attorney in Miller Canfield's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group, is also the resident director of the firm's office in Kalamazoo, Michigan. She will serve alongside the firm's other four Managing Directors: Brad Arbuckle, Thomas Colis, Joseph Fazio, who was re-elected this year, and Amy Johnston.
"Danielle will make an exceptional addition to the firm's Managing Directors," said Miller Canfield CEO Michael McGee. "Leading a large law firm that has diverse practice groups and offices in North America, Europe and Asia, is a daunting task. I am grateful to her and to her fellow Directors for providing such thoughtful leadership."
The firm has also announced that it has promoted four attorneys to principalship. They are:
- Noël Goudreau, a member of the firm's Chicago office and its Corporate and Transaction Group
- John Moran, a member of Miller Canfield's Ann Arbor, Michigan, office and its Real Estate Group
- Luke Polcyn, a member of the firm's Detroit office and its Real Estate Group
- Phillip Shane, a member of Miller Canfield's Troy, Michigan, office and its Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group
