Labor Attorney Gregory Krause Joins Miller Canfield

DETROIT (Sept. 14, 2018) — Gregory Krause has joined Miller Canfield's Employment and Labor Group in the firm’s Detroit office.

Krause has an extensive litigation background and experience defending employers of all sizes in employment-related claims, including representing a major automotive manufacturer in a breach of collective bargaining agreement and the successful representation of a private university in a discrimination case involving alleged discrimination on the basis of sex and national origin. He has experience in claims involving the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Family Medical Leave Act, and has represented employers before the Michigan Court of Appeals and the Michigan Supreme Court, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and state anti-discrimination agencies.

Licensed in Michigan and Ohio, Krause is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, where he earned his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration.
