Lani Duffy Joins Miller Canfield Corporate Group

Miller Canfield is pleased to announce that Lani Duffy has joined the law firm's Corporate and Transactions Group in its office in Troy, Michigan.

Duffy comes to Miller Canfield from Ford Motor Credit Company in Dearborn, Michigan, where she has worked on matters involving corporate governance, licensing, compliance, litigation, and statutory and regulatory activity.

She joins Miller Canfield's nationally recognized Corporate and Transactions Group, which is widely known for its work in mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, and export controls and sanctions.

In addition to her work as an attorney, Duffy is an active volunteer and the recipient of Bill Ford Better World Challenge funds, which she used to help Cass Community Social Services build container homes in Detroit. She was selected as a Ford Thirty Under 30 Fellow to work with Habitat for Humanity Macomb County in developing creative solutions to better serve the community.

Duffy is a graduate of Wayne State University Law School and Wake Forest University.
