February 22, 2021

The global law firm of Miller Canfield is pleased to announce that, for the third year in a row, Pawel Chudzicki has been recognized in Chambers & Partners Global Rankings as one of the two U.S. lawyers among Foreign Experts Based Abroad in the area of corporate and commercial law in Qatar.

Chambers & Partners Global rankings recognize foreign experts as those attorneys who have expertise in a different jurisdiction from where they are based, and who are particularly highly regarded for international and cross-border work.

Chudzicki is the Resident Director of Miller Canfield's office in Washington, D.C., and shares his time with the firm's Doha, Qatar office. He co-leads the firm's aerospace and defense industry team, which serves numerous U.S. and foreign companies engaged in business in Qatar.

According to Chambers, Chudzicki is "highly accomplished in acting for U.S.-based clients in the defense and security sectors on corporate and commercial matters within Qatar." Clients appreciate that he has "an unparalleled understanding of the legal issues faced by U.S. defense contractors in Qatar," with one adding that he is "very helpful, able to solve problems and provide solutions."

Chudzicki has years of experience living and working in Qatar and has advised on some of the largest defense-sector transactions between Qatar and the United States. He offers specialized assistance to clients engaged in business with the U.S government, Qatar Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Interior and the private sector.

Miller Canfield's Doha office provides comprehensive legal services to U.S. clients engaged in business in Qatar, the site of the Al Udeid Air Base and the host of 2022 FIFA World Cup.
