Matthew Steele Joins Miller Canfield in Cincinnati

The law firm of Miller Canfield announces that Matthew C. Steele has joined the firm as a senior attorney in the Cincinnati, Ohio office. Steele’s practice is concentrated in commercial real estate workouts and foreclosure litigation, primarily in Ohio and Kentucky. 

Steele has extensive experience in real estate financing transactions and litigation, and handles judicial foreclosures, lien priority disputes and receiverships for both securitized and portfolio loans. 

He is a member of the American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association and Cincinnati Bar Association.

He is a member of the Mason City Schools Board of Education, a volunteer for the Ohio ENERGY Project, and president of the Cincinnati Camerata.

He received his B.A.U. from Xavier University and his J.D. from Ohio State University College of Law.
