Miller Canfield Honored as a 2011 Asia Pacific M&A Atlas Award Finalist
The law firm of Miller Canfield is proud to announce that it was recognized at the 5th annual Asia Pacific M&A Atlas Awards as a 2011 Finalist for “M&A Deal of the Year: Middle Markets” for its representation of Pacific Century Motors, Inc. (PCM) of China, which acquired Nexteer Automotive from General Motors. The transaction represents the single largest Chinese investment in the global automotive supplier industry to date.
The Asia Pacific M&A Atlas Awards took place on December 6, 2011, in Hong Kong, recognizing the best in class from the Asia Pacific deal communities. The “M&A Deal of the Year: Middle Markets” is a deal size above $150 million USD.
