His clients include cities, villages, townships, community colleges and other public entities in areas such as infrastructure finance, transportation, public/private economic development and intergovernmental agreements.
He earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, M.P.P. from the Institute for Public Policy Studies (Ford School) and A.B. from the University of Michigan. He resides in Novi, Michigan.
