Miller Canfield Lawyer Michael McGee to Serve on Boards for Turnaround Management Association & Michigan Saves, Inc.

The law firm of Miller Canfield announces that principal Michael P. McGee (Detroit and Chicago) has been appointed to the boards of directors for the Turnaround Management Association, Michigan Chapter, and for Michigan Saves, Inc.

At Miller Canfield, McGee has more than 25 years of legal experience specializing in public finance matters.  His clients include cities, villages, townships, community colleges and other public entities in areas such as infrastructure finance, transportation, public/private economic development and intergovernmental agreements.

He earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, M.P.P. from the Institute for Public Policy Studies (Ford School) and A.B. from the University of Michigan.  He resides in Novi, Michigan.

The Turnaround Management Association is an international non-profit association headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, dedicated to corporate and governmental restructuring and renewal and to training of turnaround management professionals.

Michigan Saves, Inc., is a non-profit corporation headquartered in Lansing, Michigan, whose purpose is to pursue programs which promote energy efficiency and small-scale renewable energy technologies.
