Miller Canfield Lawyer Frederick Acomb Presents on Law Firm Risk Management and International Arbitration

Frederick A. Acomb, a principal and chair of Miller Canfield’s International Dispute Resolution Section (Detroit, Mich. office), recently gave a presentation on law firm risk management at the International Bar Association Annual Litigation Forum in Krakow, Poland. In addition, he gave a presentation on U.S. Discovery in Aid of International Arbitration with Ryan H. Haywood at the program, “Nuts & Bolts of International Commercial Arbitration,” sponsored by the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and International Law Section and Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the State Bar of Michigan.

Acomb handles complex commercial litigation and international arbitration matters for clients from all over the world. He received his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of Law and his B.M. from Northwestern University. He is a member of the International Bar Association; the American Bar Association, International Law and Practice Section; and the State Bar of Michigan, International Section.
