Miller Canfield Lawyer Doug Crim Presents on OSHA/MIOSHA Issues

Douglas W. Crim, a principal in the Lansing, Mich. office of the law firm of Miller Canfield, will present two webinars for the Michigan Chamber of Commerce. On June 28, he will present on “OSHA/MIOSHA Issues Relating to Voluntary and Mandatory Workplace Health and Safety Programs” and on July 26, “OSHA/MIOSHA & Liability Issues Relating to the Use of Outside Contractors in Your Facility.”

At Miller Canfield, Crim’s practice includes assisting clients in conducting confidential compliance audits for environmental, health, and safety laws and regulations and developing programs to address companies’ individual environmental and safety management and compliance needs. He has also provided input to legislative committees and government agencies on proposed new and revised environmental, health and safety standards and regulations.

He received his J.D. from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School and his B.B.A. from Grand Valley State University, F.E. Seidman College of Business.
