Miller Canfield Lawyer Stan Stek Speaks at International Right of Way Association-Michigan Meeting

The law firm of Miller Canfield announces that Stanley J. Stek, a principal in the Grand Rapids, Mich. office, spoke on current issues in condemnation at the International Right of Way Association-Michigan Chapter 7 membership meeting in Grand Rapids in May.
At Miller Canfield, Stek focuses on general commercial litigation and eminent domain, with special experience in condemnation and land use litigation, ERISA litigation (fiduciary and benefit claims), commercial litigation, municipal litigation, zoning, public liability, negligence and personal injury.
He received his J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law and his B.A. from Calvin College.
