Miller Canfield Women Lawyers and Staff Donate Hand-Knitted Afghan to Ann Arbor Art Center

May 16, 2011

The women lawyers and staff in the Ann Arbor office of Miller Canfield recently donated a hand-knitted 4' x 5' 100% wool sampler afghan to the Ann Arbor Art Center for its annual WineFest fundraiser.  The afghan was sold at the auction for $500. Collaborating on the afghan project was one of numerous projects undertaken for Miller Canfield’s 25th anniversary year in Ann Arbor. Dubbed “25 for 25,” the celebration focused on creating a positive impact in the community. Miller Canfield lawyers and staff volunteered time and energy to 25 local nonprofit organizations.

Miller Canfield opened its Ann Arbor office in July 1984.
