Miller Canfield Co-Hosts China-U.S. Business Seminar with Detroit Chinese Bar Association

The law firm of Miller Canfield will co-host a China-U.S. business seminar with the Detroit Chinese Bar Association (DCBA) on Wednesday, December 1, from 6:00-9:00 p.m. at the Detroit Marriott Livonia Hotel in Livonia, Mich. (17100 Laurel Park Drive North).  The firm has assembled its top lawyers from the China Business Team as well as the Corporate, Global Business, Immigration, Litigation, Tax and Labor and Employment groups to help Chinese companies better understand business and legal issues in today’s global marketplace and to assist more U.S. and Chinese companies with business growth and development.

The seminar will include discussions on the following topics:
