Miller Canfield Lawyer Dari Craven Bargy Elected Secretary of State Bar of Michigan Litigation Section

Miller Canfield associate Dari Craven Bargy (Kalamazoo, Mich.) was recently elected as secretary of the Litigation Section of the State Bar of Michigan for the 2010-2011 term.

At Miller Canfield, Bargy focuses her practice on electronic discovery. She represents individuals, partnerships, institutions, and privately and publicly held business entities in both state and federal courts in all aspects of litigation.

In addition to being an active member of the State Bar of Michigan, she is involved with the Science and Technology Law Section, Committee on Pre-trial Practice and Discovery and Technology for the Litigator Committee for the American Bar Association.

Bargy received her J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law and B.A. from Western Michigan University. She resides in Kalamazoo.

The State Bar of Michigan Litigation Section provides education, information and analysis about court rules and legislation of interest to litigators.
