Miller Canfield Expands Litigation Team with the Addition of James W. McConkey

The law firm of Miller Canfield announces that commercial litigator James W. McConkey has joined the firm in the Litigation and Trial Group in the Chicago office. With 20 years’ experience, he focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation disputes with an emphasis on business, class action, financial services, construction, intellectual property and environmental litigation matters.

McConkey practices in state and federal courts throughout the Midwest. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, and the Missouri Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in Illinois and Missouri.

He received his J.D. from Seattle University and his A.B. from Davidson College.
