Shusheng Wang Elected a Principal of Miller Canfield

The law firm of Miller Canfield announces Shusheng Wang, co-director of global business and member of the China practice group, has been elected a principal. Wang joined the firm in February as senior counsel in the Troy, Michigan office. He has more than 13 years of experience in international business law focusing on the expansion of businesses and operations in the Chinese and North American markets. 

Wang focuses his practice on global corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolution, China business counseling, and U.S. taxation of international operations.

Wang is a member of the American Bar Association and speaks Mandarin Chinese. He received his J.D. from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri, his LL.M. from the People’s University of China in Beijing, and his LL.B. from Shandong University in Jinan, China.
