Miller Canfield Lawyer Matthew Van Dyk Elected Chair of Kalamazoo County Economic Development Corporation Board

Miller Canfield associate Matthew B. Van Dyk (Kalamazoo, Mich.) has been elected to a one-year term as chairman of the board of directors of the Kalamazoo County Economic Development Corporation. 

At Miller Canfield, Van Dyk focuses his practice on real-estate related issues including development and financing for institutional and individual clients in businesses, government and non-profits. He is also a member of the Kalamazoo County Brownfield Redevelopment Authority Board.

Van Dyk received his J.D. from Wayne State University Law School and B.A. from Calvin College.

The board of directors for the Economic Development Corporation deals with specific projects within Kalamazoo County and assists local industrial and commercial enterprises in their development and expansion programs.
