Miller Canfield Lawyer Soni Mithani Inducted into Litigation Counsel of America

Miller Canfield principal Soni H. Mithani (Ann Arbor, Mich.) has been selected as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA) for her effectiveness and accomplishment in litigation and trial work.

At Miller Canfield, Mithani specializes in litigation and dispute resolution. She oversees an active and diverse caseload, including commercial contract matters, business tort disputes, construction cases and securities litigation. She is especially versed in managing and litigating fraud and abuse claims, including claims under state and federal False Claims Acts and healthcare disputes.

Mithani received her J.D. from Harvard Law School and B.B.A. from the University of Michigan.

The Litigation Counsel of America (LCA) is an invitation-only trial lawyer honorary society established to reflect the new face of the American bar. Membership is limited to 3,500 Fellows, representing less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers.
