Miller Canfield Lawyer Dari C. Bargy Elected Treasurer of State Bar of Michigan Litigation Section

Miller Canfield associate Dari C. Bargy (Kalamazoo, Mich.) has been elected as treasurer of the Litigation Section of the State Bar of Michigan for the 2009-2010 term.

At Miller Canfield, Bargy focuses her practice on electronic discovery. She represents individuals, partnerships, institutions, and privately and publicly held business entities in both state and federal courts in all aspects of litigation.

Bargy received her J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law and B.A. from Western Michigan University.

The State Bar of Michigan Litigation Section provides education, information and analysis about court rules and legislation of interest to litigators.
