Miller Canfield Lawyer Lisa Pick Named Chair of All About Animals Rescue
The law firm of Miller Canfield announces that Lisa D. Pick, a principal in the Corporate Group in the Troy office, has been appointed chair of the board of directors of All About Animals Rescue. The nonprofit organization pursues its mission of No More Homeless Pets through its programs which include a community outreach program, adoption and low-cost spay/neuter and wellness services.
At Miller Canfield, Pick focuses her practice on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and contracts, securities, corporate restructuring, and terms and conditions. She is one of the leaders of the firm’s Entertainment, Sports and Multimedia Group.
She received her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School and her B.A. in film/video and communications from the University of Michigan.
