Miller Canfield Lawyer Carla Perrotta Named to Leadership Oakland 2009-2010 Class

The selection committee of Leadership Oakland has accepted Miller Canfield information technology attorney Carla M. Perrotta as a member of the 2009-2010 Class.

Leadership Oakland is a nine-month networking and training program that develops participants’ leadership skills, explores key issues impacting the region and enables participants to reach their full potential professionally, personally, and in the community.

Carla Perrotta specializes in drafting and negotiating a wide array of information technology agreements including software license, service and maintenance agreements, as well as application service provider agreements and outsourcing agreements. In addition, she drafts website privacy policies and terms of use, as well as other e-commerce policies.  She also assists clients in the development and protection of their copyright, trademark and other intellectual property assets.

Perrotta received her J.D. from the University of Toledo and her B.A. from the University of Cincinnati.
