Miller Canfield Attorneys Speak on FMLA and Employee Free Choice Act

Kurt N. Sherwood and Douglas L. Callander, principals in the Labor and Employment Group in the Kalamazoo office of Miller Canfield, spoke on the FMLA’s new regulations to approximately 100 people at WMU’s Fetzer Center in Kalamazoo. In addition, they recently spoke on the Employee Free Choice Act in front of crowds in Kalamazoo and Chicago.
